We had the incredible privilege of traveling as a family from Paris to Mauritius, aboard the Gulfstream 650ER with Global Jet, and the experience exceeded every expectation. The catering was simply exceptional, crafted with only the finest ingredients. My husband, a great admirer of Caviar House products, thoroughly enjoyed the Balik salmon, while our children were treated to delicious, age-appropriate meals including pizzas and pasta. As someone with lactose intolerance, I was especially impressed by the care taken to accommodate my dietary needs, with a wide selection of refined vegan options available. About an hour before our arrival in Koh Samui, we were gently awakened and served a delicious, vitamin-rich breakfast, which was the perfect way to start the day.
