HR Officer - 6 Months

Global Jet Luxembourg is currently looking for a HR Officer to support the department in its diverse missions.

Professional, Personal Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in a similar position

  • Multi-task, polyvalent and autonomous

  • Problem solver with good communication and organizational skills

  • Possess an excellent knowledge of the Office software package

  • Good Knowledge of the Luxembourgish labor law and social regulations

  • Act as a facilitator to support the team on various day-to-day topics/issues/administrative work

  • Actively contribute to the entire Payroll process for Global Jet’s employees

  • Provide an effective Payroll advisory service

  • Produce any HR related documents needed (contracts, attestations, etc.)

  • Act as a point of contact for all HR enquiries (holidays, sickness, etc.)

  • Manage and ensure the quality of the HR database and records of employee’s data

  • Produce effectives HR related reports and statistics

  • Contribute in other ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives

  • English Working Knowledge

  • Fluent in French
